Free Things For Our Students
We believe in providing the best care to our students by helping them settle quickly into their new environment, as well as giving them a good head start in finding work in New Zealand. With this student focus in mind, Ntec provides the following benefits that set us apart:
- Getting here!
- On arrival to New Zealand, we will arrange for free airport pick up (please inform us of the flight details 72 hours beforehand).
- We will provide 2 weeks of free shared accommodation for those enrolled on the Diploma courses and 1 week accommodation for those on 6 months courses (conditions apply).
- We will also provide free mobile SIM card to all students.
- We are happy to assist you in arranging for home-stay.
- Starting out on campus!
- We provide free notebook/netbook computers with high specifications for all our Diploma students.
- There is free wi-fi internet access on campus grounds for all our Diploma students.
- Our computing students will also receive membership of the New Zealand Computer Society and receive free licensed software under the Microsoft Developer Network Academic Alliance.
- Getting into the routine and settling in!
- We provide 40 hours of paid New Zealand work experience for students enrolled in the Auckland campus (excludes students awarded scholarships).
- Helping you prepare for a job!
- Our curriculum integrates a Professional Skills Development programme into all our courses to ensure our students understand the New Zealand way of life, helping them integrate into the community and develop life and job skills needed in the New Zealand environment.
- We also assist our students with job placements.
