Host Responsibility
Hospitality courses are delivered by our sister school National Technology Institute
This unit gives candidates a comprehensive appreciation of the responsibilities a server of alcohol has. As well as covering responsible server skill, the package also gives a brief insight into the Sale of Liquor Act 1989 requirements pertaining to a server.
Unit standard:
- 16705 Demonstrates knowledge of host responsibility requirements' as a liquor licence controller
Students must be over 18 to do this course.
Credit value: 3 credits
The above unit is a credit towards full National Qualifications
