My goal is to be a competent barista, so that I can find part-time work in cafés during my university studies and when I travel overseas.

I found the NTI tutors and staff to be friendly, helpful and professional and greatly appreciated the opportunity to do a lot of practice making coffee. I thoroughly enjoyed the group activities.

Post-qualifying I have been working part-time in a café as a barista.
